Broad base of real estate knowledge and active member of real estate industry associations (CPM designation; ULI, IREM, MNCAR and MHA member) Possess wide range of functional building knowledge and extensive network of vendors helping clients to solve issues quickly and make informed decisions.
Kara is busy chasing her two active children! She and her husband love to run the lakes, take power yoga classes, walk the neighborhood with their two furry children, Punky and Stanley and take bike rides on one of Minneapolis' amazing trails. Kara also serves on the board of Oak Ridge Country club, is a member of the board of directors for her college sorority Alpha Omicron Pi managing the facility, is an active volunteer at the JCC's Early Childhood Center, sits on the steering committee for the Anti Defamation League and is the Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Development Diversity initiative program.
